A DOD Enterprise Access Control tool to scan DOD issued ID cards/credentials for base access.
Different ID cards allow different base access privileges to US military installations in Korea. See details here.
DBIDS obtains key data elements from DEERS via a data synchronization process to validate base access.
A Visitor Center can assist in verifying your identity to allow you access to report your ID as lost.
Base registered vehicles are issued a barcoded sticker placed on the inside of the vehicles front window.
Visitors wishing entry to installations must be escorted by a DOD ID card holder with Escort Authority.

Caregivers do not have a DOD ID card, but may be eligible for a base access DBIDS card.
Civilian retirees do not have a DOD ID card any longer, but may be eligible for a base access DBIDS card.
